In-stock items: Processed within 1-2 business days and delivered in 5-7 business days.

Custom orders: Additional 3-5 business days for crafting before shipping.

Since our personalized embroidery items are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there’s a defect or error on our part. If you notice an issue, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

For non-personalized items, you can return them within 3 days if they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please contact us at costumesandemroidery@gmail.com to initiate a return.
